FREEZER SLAW 
1 large head of cabbage (shred)
1 or 2 carrots (shred)
1 or 2 green peppers (shred)
1 tsp. salt

Mix and let stand 1 hour.

Dressing:

1 c. vinegar (white)
2 c. sugar (granulated)
1/2 c. water
1 tsp. mustard seed
1 tsp. celery seed

Boil for 1 minute, let cool, and pour over cabbage.
