FREEZER COLE SLAW | |
2 med. cabbage 1 tsp. salt 3 ribs celery 1/2 green pepper 1 c. white vinegar 1/2 c. water 1 3/4 c. sugar 1 tsp. celery seed 1 tsp. mustard seed Shred cabbage, sprinkle with salt and let stand for 1 hour. Squeeze off liquid and then mix with celery and green pepper. Mix vinegar, water, sugar and seeds; bring to a boil. Boil for 1 minute and let cool. Mix all ingredients and freeze. |
