"FREEZER COLE SLAW" | |
1 hd. cabbage (about 2 lbs.) 1 tsp. salt 2 c. sugar 1 c. vinegar 1/2 c. water 1 tsp. celery seeds 1 grated carrot 1 green pepper, chopped Shred cabbage. Mix salt with cabbage. Let stand for 1 hour. Mix dressing ingredients and boil for 1 minute. Drain cabbage juice off. Now put on dressing mixture. Can be kept in refrigerator or freezer. |
