CRAB MOLD 
2 (3 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
1 can mushroom soup
2 env. gelatin, softened in 1/4 c. cold water
1 c. chopped celery
1 c. chopped green onions
1 can crab meat
3/4 c. mayonnaise

Heat and mix cream cheese and soup until soupy and add gelatin/water mixture. Add remaining ingredients. Spray mold with Pam. Put in mold. Let set several hours. Serve with crackers.
