CRAB DIP 
1 lb. cream cheese
8 oz. sour cream
8 oz. whipped cream
1 lb. "sea legs" or crabmeat
1 tsp. (to taste) ground pepper
1 tsp. paprika
1 tbsp. chopped parsley
1 tsp. lemon juice
2 boxes club crackers

Over low heat mix cream cheese, sour cream and 4 ounces of whipped cream. Add pepper, paprika, parsley and lemon juice. Thinly chop crabmeat and add to mixture. Add remaining whipped cream to taste. Serve warm with crackers.
