CRAB CAKES (MOM EISWERT) | |
1 lb. crab meat, shelled 1 egg 1 1/2 tbsp. mayonnaise 1 tbsp. prepared mustard 1/4 tsp. dry mustard 1/2 tsp. Old Bay 1/4 tsp. baking powder 8 crackers Fold crabmeat and crackers. Mix other ingredients together and fold mixture into crabmeat and crackers. Do not crush crabmeat. Form crab cakes. Makes approximately 8 to 10 crackers. |
