HEAVENLY CHICKEN 
1/2 c. sliced green onion
2 tbsp. butter
2 tbsp. flour
1 c. milk
1 1/2 c. cracker crumbs
1 1/2 c. Parmesan
8 lg. chicken breast halves
1 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen chopped spinach, cooked & drained
1 c. cooked cubed ham

Saute onions, blend in flour, stir in milk all at once. Boil until thickened.

Combined crumbs and cheese, coat chicken breast. Put in 13 x 9 inch pan. Seal remaining crumb mixture in bag.

Stir the spinach and ham into the white sauce. Spoon over chicken. Freeze.

Thaw. Bake covered at 350 degrees for 60 to 75 minutes. Uncover and sprinkle with crumbs. Bake 10 minutes more. 8 servings.
