CHICKEN BREASTS 
4 half chicken breasts, skinned and boned
4 thin slices ham
1 (10 oz.) pkg. chopped spinach, thawed and well drained
1 c. cream of chicken soup
1/4 c. sliced green onion
4 thin slices Swiss cheese
1/3 c. water
1/8 tsp. dried thyme

Pound chicken to 1/4 inch thick. Place ham slice, cheese slices and 1/4 of spinach on each chicken piece. Roll up and secure with toothpick. Place seam side down on 8x12 inch lightly greased dish. In bowl, mix soup, onion and thyme. Pour over chicken, cover and bake at 350 degrees for about 35-40 minutes.
