10 eggs
1 1/2 c. white sugar
1 c. flour
1 1/2 tsp. cream of tartar
pinch of salt
1 1/2 tsp. vanilla

First beat egg whites stiffly, then beat in cream of tartar. Next, put in sugar and flour; just mix with a big spoon. Last, add egg yolks.
