1 box yellow cake mix
1 stick butter
1 can mandarin oranges
3 eggs

Frosting:

1 carton Cool Whip
1 box instant vanilla pudding
1 can crushed pineapple
nuts (optional)

Mix cake ingredients.

Bake at 350°F for 25 to 30 minutes.

Mix frosting together. Put on cooled cake.
