GERMAN BUNDT COFFEE CAKE 
CAKE BATTER:

1 box yellow cake mix
1 box vanilla instant pudding
3/4 c. Wesson oil
3/4 c. water
4 eggs
1 tsp. vanilla

CINNAMON MIXTURE (Make separately) :

1/2 c. sugar
2 tsp. cinnamon
1/2 c. chopped pecans

Beat cake batter for only 8 minutes. Mix cinnamon mixture separately. Layer cake batter and cinnamon mixture, beginning with the cake batter, into a Bundt pan or angel food cake pan. Make 2 layers of cinnamon and nuts. Bake 45 minutes at 350 degrees. Glaze with a mixture of 1 cup powdered sugar, 2 tablespoons milk and 1/2 teaspoon vanilla.
