VEGETABLE MADNESS 
1 lg. onion
1 c. zucchini, sliced
1 c. summer squash, sliced
1 c. mushrooms, sliced
1/2 c. green pepper, chopped
1/2 c. celery, chopped
2 c. tomatoes, fresh or canned
2 cloves garlic, minced
1 sm. pkg. wide egg noodles
1 tbsp. butter
1 1/2 c. water
2 bouillon cubes, beef or chicken
Salt & pepper to taste

Saute onion and garlic in butter. Add all other vegetables, saute for 5 minutes. Add dissolved bouillon, cover and let simmer for 15 minutes, or until vegetables are soft. Add noodles, cover and simmer for 10 minutes. Serves 6. Low in calories.
