SIX LAYER MEXICAN DIP | |
4 ripe avocados 2 tbsp. lemon juice 2 (9 oz.) cans bean dip Salt and pepper 1 c. green onions (with tops) 2 c. grated cheddar or taco cheese 1 c. sour cream 1/2 c. mayonnaise 1 pkg. taco seasoning mix 3 seeded and chopped tomatoes 2 sm. cans already chopped or 1 can chopped jumbo black olives Chips and salsa dip Mash avocados and mix with lemon juice, salt and pepper. In separate bowl, mix sour cream, mayonnaise and taco seasoning. To assemble: Spread bean dip in 13 x 9-inch pan, top with avocado mix, layer with sour cream mix, sprinkle with green onions, tomatoes and olives. Cover with cheese. Serve with chips and salsa. Serves lots. |
