7 LAYER MEXICAN DIP 
1 Frito's bean dip
1 pkg. taco mix with 4-6 tbsp. lowfat sour cream
2 avocados, peeled and mashed with 1 tbsp. lemon juice
2 oz. grated lowfat Monterey Jack cheese
2 oz. grated Cheddar cheese
4-5 stalks green onion, chopped
2-3 tomatoes, diced
1 sm. can chopped black olives

Spread bean dip in 9x13 inch pan. Over dip, layer taco mix, avocado mix, cheese, onions, tomatoes, and black olives. Refrigerate. Serve with taco chips. Servings: 60 tbsp.
