CHOPSTICK TUNA 
1 can condensed cream of mushroom soup
1/4 c. water or milk
1 (3 oz.) can (2 c.) chow mein noodles or rice noodles
1 (6 1/2 or 7 oz.) can tuna, drained, rinsed and flaked
1 c. diced celery
1/2 c. salted toasted cashews
1/4 c. chopped onion
dash of pepper
1 (8 oz.) can mandarin orange sections, drained

Combine soup and water/milk. Add 1 cup of chow mein noodles, tuna, celery, cashews, onion and pepper. Toss lightly to mix well. Spread in ungreased baking dish. Sprinkle remaining noodles over top.

Bake in a 375°F oven for 15 to 20 minutes or until heated through. Remove from oven and immediately garnish with drained mandarin orange sections. Serve hot.

Can use 10 x 6 x 1 1/2-inch baking dish or 11 1/2 x 7 1/2 x 1 1/2-inch for a double recipe.
