GRANDMA SHELLEY'S CHICKEN 
4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
4 eggs, beaten
Butter
6 lg. mushrooms
6 slices Muenster, Swiss, American, or cheddar cheese
Chicken broth - bouillon
Fine bread crumbs
Lemon

Place chicken breasts in beaten eggs at least 1 hour. Roll in fine bread crumbs and saute in butter. Place on low heat until just done, takes only a few minutes. Place in a shallow casserole. Slice mushrooms over chicken, squeeze lemon over all. Pour 1/2 cup chicken broth over chicken and place cheese on top. Bake t 350 degrees for 30 minutes. Serves 4.
