EASY PORK CHOPS 
Tastes great with peas or rice!

pork chops (I like bone-in)
2 cups all-purpose flour
pinch of salt
additional seasonings (optional)
olive oil, for frying

Make sure that the frying pan has oil in it. Put oil in pan until covers about one centimeter. Turn on low-medium heat.

Put a pinch of salt in the flour and other seasonings, if desired (like garlic and/or onion powder). Place the thawed chops in the flour and toss with fork.

Lay the meat in the pan with the oil in it. Cook meat until brown, flip sides every so often.
