TEETHING BISCUITS 
1 egg yolk, beaten
2 tbsp. honey or equivalent sweetener
2 tbsp. molasses
2 tbsp. oil
1 tsp. vanilla
3/4 c. whole wheat flour
1 tbsp. soy flour
1 tbsp. wheat germ
1 1/2 tbsp. nonfat dry milk powder

Blend 5 wet ingredients. Mix in the blended dry ingredients. Roll out the dough very thinly, to a thickness of 1/8 to 1/4 inch. Cut into baby finger length rectangles.

Bake at 350 degrees on an ungreased cookie sheet for 15 minutes. Remove from the sheet, cool thoroughly on wire rack. Store in tightly covered container.
