1 tbsp. chili powder
1 tsp. onion powder
1 tsp. ground cumin
1 tsp. garlic powder
1 tsp. paprika
1 tsp. ground oregano
1 tsp. sugar
1/2 tsp. garlic salt
1/2 tsp. celery salt

Mix all ingredients together in a small bowl. Makes approximately 4 tablespoons seasoning mix.
