1 1/2 c. flour
1 c. shredded Cheddar cheese
1 tsp. salt
2 tsp. instant minced onions
1 tsp. celery salt
1/2 c. shortening
1/3-1/2 c. cold tomato juice
2 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
4-6 drops hot pepper Tabasco sauce
1/2 lb. sausage links or hot dogs, cut into 1/2" pieces

Mix together sifted flour, cheese, onion and salt. Cut in shortening until pieces are size of small peas. Blend part of tomato juice until dough sticks together and is quite moist. Shape into balls and put piece of hot dog in center of ball. Place on greased cookie sheet. Bake at 375 degrees for 18-20 minutes.
