PECAN TASSIES 
DOUGH:

3 oz. pkg. cream cheese
1/2 c. butter

Cream until soft. Add 1 cup flour. Let stand 1 hour.

FILLING:

1 egg, beaten
3/4 c. brown sugar
1 tbsp. butter
1 tsp. vanilla

Beat well. Add 2/3 cup finely chopped pecans. Take a piece of dough the size of a walnut. Mold into muffin (small bite size) pan. Add filling. Bake in oven at 325 degrees for 25 minutes.
