YAM BAKE (NEW ENGLAND STYLE) 
1 (20 oz.) can pineapple chunks
4 or 5 sweet potatoes, cooked and drained
1/4 c. flour
1/8 tsp. salt
3 tbsp. brown sugar (light or dark)
1/2 tsp. cinnamon
1/4 c. chopped nuts
3 tbsp. butter (stick type)
1 c. miniature marshmallows

Drain pineapple and save 1/4 cup of juice. Cut sweet potatoes in 1 x 1/2 inch pieces. Arrange potatoes in center of a 6x10 inch baking dish. Arrange pineapple around the potatoes and pour the 1/4 cup of juice over potatoes.

Combine dry ingredients. Mix well. Cut in butter until mixture resembles coarse crumbs. Stir in nuts. Bake at 350 degrees for 25 minutes. Remove from oven and top with marshmallows. Return to oven and heat until lightly brown. Serves 6 to 8.
