CHUCK'S PORK TENDERLOIN 
3 lb. tenderloin roast
1 c. apple jelly
2 tbsp. chili powder or to taste
1 c. catsup

Mix jelly, chili powder and catsup well.

Bake pork at 375°F for 45 minutes to 1 hour. Baste with mixture several times while baking.
