INDIAN FRY BREAD 
2 c. sifted flour
2 tsp. baking powder
1/4 tsp. baking soda
1 tsp. salt
1 c. buttermilk

Combine dry ingredients in a large bowl. Make a well and pour in buttermilk. Turn dough out onto a slightly floured board. Knead a few times until soft, not sticky. Roll out, slice in strips. Fry in hot oil until golden brown.
