FRIED INDIAN BREAD 
1 c. flour
1 tsp. baking powder
1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 c. water

Mix together all ingredients until dough forms. Roll dough out to 1/4 inch thickness, cut into squares, about 2 x 2. Fry in hot fat or oil until puffed and golden. Serve warm by itself or with soup or salad.
