INDIAN FRIED BREAD | |
4 c. flour 2 tsp. baking soda 2 tsp. salt 1/2 to 2 c. very warm water Mix dry ingredients - make hole in middle - pour in water; mix to soft dough. Let sit covered 30 minutes to 2 hours. Make into little balls and flatten and deep fry in 2 inches (solid, not liquid) oil at 350 degrees until golden brown on both sides. |
