INDIAN FRY BREAD 
2 c. flour
2 tsp. baking powder
1 tbsp. sugar (opt.)
1 tsp. salt
1/2 c. dry milk
About 1 c. warm water

Mix together. Do not over knead or handle, too much. Shape into small circles on floured surface. Roll to 1/2" thick. Cut a small slit in center. Fry quickly in hot oil until browned.
