CARAMEL ROLL BREAD 
2 loaves frozen bread dough
1/2 c. butter
1 c. brown sugar
2 sm. boxes of vanilla pudding (not instant)
2 tbsp. milk
3/4 c. pecans
1/4 tsp. cinnamon

Butter a 9 x 13 inch pan very well. Thaw bread until easy to handle. Pour 3/4 cup pecans in the bottom of a buttered pan. Break one loaf of bread in small pieces, place on top of the nuts. Melt the butter; then add the brown sugar, pudding, milk, and the cinnamon. Pour over the bread dough.

Break other loaf of bread into small pieces; place on top of this. Let rise 2 1/2 to 3 hours. Bake 35 minutes at 350 degrees. Turn upside down on cookie sheet immediately.
