CHEESE AND SAUSAGE CASSEROLE 
Potato Buds (or other instant potato product)
1 c. sour cream
1 c. shredded Cheddar cheese
1 c. shredded Mozzarella cheese
1lb. Kielbasa, cut into 1 inch slices

Prepare 8 servings of Potato Buds but reduce the water to 1 3/4 cups. Add sour cream and Cheddar cheese to warm potato mix. Put 1/2 of the mixture into a greased 9 x 12 pan. Top with Kielbasa and remaining potato mix. Spread Mozzarella cheese on top. Make a topping of:

1/4 c. grated Parmesan cheese
2 tbsp. dry bread crumbs
2 tbsp. melted butter

Spread Parmesan mixture over Mozzarella. Bake at 350 degrees for 25 to 30 minutes, uncovered.
