BEEF STROGANOFF 
1 1/2 lbs. sirloin or round steak (cut in strips)
1 lg. onion
1 can sliced mushrooms
2 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
1 can cream of celery soup
1 can tomato soup
1/4 c. sherry wine
1 c. sour cream

Coat meat with flour, salt and pepper and brown in oil. Add onion and mushrooms, saute until lightly brown. Add meat, onions and mushrooms to remaining ingredients. Cook over low heat until meat is very tender. Add 1 cup sour cream before serving. Serve over noodles or rice. Serves 6.
