BEEF STROGANOFF 
1 lb. beef cubes
2 cans cream of mushroom soup
8 oz. sour cream
Sherry cooking wine
Mushrooms (optional)
Egg noodles

Cook beef cubes in butter. When beef cubes are cooked approximately halfway, add 2 to 3 tablespoons sherry cooking wine. Add 2 cans cream of mushroom soup and 8 ounces sour cream. Mix well. Cook approximately 10 to 15 minutes more. Serve over cooked and drained egg noodles. Serves 4.
