MISSISSIPPI MUD CAKE 
1 box confectioners sugar
1/2 c. milk
1/3 c. cocoa
1/2 stick butter

Melt 2 sticks butter and 1/3 cup cocoa together. Remove from heat and stir in 2 cups sugar and eggs lightly beaten. Mix well. Add 1 1/2 cups flour, 1 1/2 cup nuts, pinch of salt, and 1 teaspoon vanilla. Grease and flour a 13 x 9 x 2 inch pan. Bake at 300 degrees for 25 minutes. Sprinkle marshmallows on top while warm.
