MISSISSIPPI MUD CAKE 
1 pkg. chocolate cake mix
1/4 c. oil
1 1/4 c. water
2 eggs
1 pkg. instant chocolate pudding

Pour oil in 9 x 13 inch pan. Tilt until bottom of pan is covered. Put remaining ingredients in pan and mix with a fork. Bake at 350 degrees for 35 to 40 minutes.

FROSTING:

1 stick butter
1/2 c. milk
1/2 tsp. vanilla
1/2 c. cocoa
4 c. powdered sugar
1 c. nuts

Melt butter. Add ingredients except nuts. Beat until smooth and pour over cake. Add nuts.
