ANY - FRUIT COBBLER 
1/2 stick butter
1 c. Bisquick
3/4 c. sugar
3/4 c. milk
2 c. fruit (fresh, frozen, canned)
Cinnamon (opt.)
1/2 c. wheat germ

While melting butter in 8 x 11 inch baking dish in 350 degree oven, mix next 3 ingredients. Pour this thin batter over butter (do not mix further). Drop fruit evenly over surface of batter and sprinkle with cinnamon, then wheat germ. Bake at 350 degrees for 45 minutes or until golden. Any juice from thawed fruit can be sweetened and thickened with cornstarch to make a sauce to serve over the cobbler. This recipe is excellent made with apples, peaches, blueberries, blackberries, strawberries, pineapple, figs, fruit cocktail. 8 servings.
