1 lg. box peach jello
1 qt. vanilla ice cream
2 c. boiling water

Dissolve jello in 2 cups boiling water. Add ice cream by spoonfuls, stirring until ice cream is melted. Can add 1 1/3 cups diced fruit if you desire. Chill until set.
