1 pkg. yellow cake mix
1/2 c. coconut
1 stick butter

Cut butter into cake mix. Add coconut and mix. spread in greased jelly roll pan. Bake 8 minutes at 350 degrees.

1 can well drained pie sliced apples
1/2 c. sugar
1 tsp. cinnamon

Mix sugar and cinnamon. Dip apples in sugar mixture and place on cake. Top with the following:

1 c. sour cream
1 egg, well beaten

Mix together and pour evenly over cake topped with apples. Bake at 350 degrees for 25 to 30 minutes. Cut into squares.
