4 c. sliced apples
2 c. flour
2 tsp. baking soda
3/4 tsp. salt
2 eggs
2 c. sugar
2 tsp. cinnamon
1 tsp. vanilla
1/2 c. oil
1 c. nuts

Break eggs over chopped apples and mix well. Add sugar and stir in cinnamon. Add nuts and dry ingredients. Stir well and then add oil and vanilla. Bake 1 hour at 325 degrees.
