ENCHILADA CASSEROLE | |
1 lb. hamburger meat 1 can cream of chicken soup 1 can cream of mushroom soup 1 can mild enchilada sauce 1 pkg. (12 count) tortillas 1 sm. pkg. Velveeta cheese Brown 1 pound hamburger meat and add the soups and enchilada sauce. Simmer. Tear tortillas into pieces and put half in casserole dish. Pour on a large layer of meat mixture; another layer of shells and meat. Top with cheese and place in oven for 30 minutes at 300 degrees. |
