HOT GERMAN POTATO SALAD 
3 tbsp. oil
4 green onions, sliced thin
1 tbsp. flour, sugar, and dried parsley
2 tbsp. Dijon style mustard
1/2 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. pepper
2 cans sliced potatoes or equal amount of potatoes
1/4 c. vinegar, cider
2 tbsp. bacon bits

Heat oil in skillet, add green onions and saute until tender. Add flour, sugar, parsley, mustard, salt, and pepper. Gradually add potatoes, liquid, and the vinegar. Cook and stir until the mixture boils and thickens. Stir in potatoes and heat through. Sprinkle with bacon bits.
