HOT GERMAN POTATO SALAD 
1/2 lb. bacon, cut in sm. pieces
1/3 c. vinegar, enough water to make 1/2 c.
2 tsp. flour
2 tsp. sugar
1 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. pepper
1/2 c. chopped onion
5 c. sliced, cooked potatoes

Fry bacon until crisp, drain on paper towels. Combine flour, sugar, salt and pepper. Stir in vinegar and water. Pour into bacon drippings and stir and cook until thickened. Pour over potatoes and onions. Stir in drained bacon. Serve warm.
