HOT GERMAN POTATO SALAD 
1/2 lb. bacon
1 c. chopped onion
6 med. potatoes, cooked
1/3 c. flour
1/2 c. vinegar
1/2 c. sugar
1/2 c. water
1 tbsp. parsley
Salt and pepper

Saute bacon and onion. Without draining, add flour. Stir to mix. Add vinegar, sugar, and water and stir constantly until thickened. Add sliced potatoes. Stir to coat. Top with parsley.
