CHESS PIE II 
1 1/4 c. sugar
1 tbsp. flour
1 tsp. cornmeal
3 eggs, beaten
1 tsp. vanilla
3/4 stick butter, melted
1/2 c. buttermilk
1 (8 inch) pre-baked shell

In mixing bowl thoroughly combine sugar, flour and the eggs and butter. Vanilla and buttermilk mix well. Pour the mixture in pie shell. Bake at 375 degrees for 15 minutes then reduce the temperature to 350 degrees and bake until firm.
