JELLY ROLL 
6 egg yolks
1 egg
3/4 c. sugar
1/4 c. water
1 c. sifted cake flour
1 tsp. baking powder
1/2 tsp. salt
1 tsp. vanilla

Beat eggs until thick and lemon colored. Add sugar, water and vanilla. Sift dry ingredients together and add to egg mixture. Bake in a greased, waxed paper lined jelly roll pan at 350 degrees for 12 to 15 minutes. Take wax paper off while jelly roll is warm. Spread your favorite jelly on and roll up in wax paper.
