1 med. onion
1 green pepper
2 8" zucchini, sliced
3 med. tomatoes, quartered
3-4 tbsp. butter
1 c. diced potatoes
1 sm. can mushrooms
Salt, pepper & garlic salt to taste

Layer in casserole dish and bake at 350 degrees until done.
