CHOCOLATE MOUSSE PIE 
1 graham cracker pie crust
1 (8 oz.) Cool Whip
1 (3 oz.) cream cheese
1 Baker's chocolate
1/3 c. milk
1 tbsp. sugar (opt.)

Cream together sugar and cream cheese. Melt chocolate in 1/2 of milk. Blend chocolate, remaining milk and cream cheese. Add Cool Whip. Beat until smooth. Spread mixture in pie crust. Place in freezer for several hours and store in freezer between uses.
