LASAGNA 
1 box lasagna noodles
2 tbsp. oil
1 lb. ground beef
1 lg. jar Ragu spaghetti sauce (thick & zesty)
Lg. container cottage cheese
1/2 c. Parmesan cheese
1 egg
2 tbsp. parsley
Salt & pepper
Mozzarella cheese slices

Grease pan. Cook noodles in water with oil. Drain. Brown beef and drain. Add to spaghetti sauce. Mix together in bowl; cottage cheese, Parmesan cheese, egg, parsley, salt and pepper. Layer noodles, 1/2 of cottage cheese mixture, mozzarella cheese slices, ground beef and sauce mixture. Repeat layers. Bake at 375 degrees for 30 minutes covered with foil until the last 10 minutes of baking time.
