BAKED ASPARAGUS 
1 lb. fresh asparagus
2 tbsp. minced parsley
2 tbsp. butter, melted
2 tbsp. olive oil

Layer asparagus in a 9x13 inch baking dish. Pour butter and oil over asparagus. Sprinkle with parsley. Cover with foil.

Bake at 375°F for 15 minutes.
