CHICKEN AND WILD RICE 
2 boxes UNCLE BEN'S® wild rice
8 oz. sliced mushrooms
1 onion, chopped
1/4 lb. butter
Salt & pepper
4 c. diced, cooked chicken (or turkey)
2 c. canned chicken broth
1/2 c. blanched almonds
1/2 pt. heavy cream

Saute mushrooms with onions in butter. Cook rice according to package directions. Mix all together. Bake uncovered 1 hour at 350 degrees. This freezes well before or after cooking. Serves 10.
