CHICKEN TETRAZZINI 
2 1/2 c. chicken or turkey
2 c. cooked vermicelli or thin spaghetti
2/3 c. milk
1 c. grated cheese
1 c. bread crumbs
1/4 can chopped pimentos
1 can cream of mushroom soup
2 to 3 tbsp. Parmesan cheese

Mix and heat cheese, mushroom soup, milk and pimentos. Heat until cheese melts. Add to spaghetti and meat. Grease large casserole dish and add mixture. Top with bread crumbs and dot with butter. Sprinkle top with Parmesan cheese. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes.
