LENTIL AND NUT ROAST 
1 c. dry lentils
1 egg
1/2 c. cashews or other nuts
1 (13 oz.) can evaporated milk
1 1/2 c. corn flakes
1/4 c. salad oil
1/2 tsp. sage
1/2 tsp. salt

Boil lentils until done and liquid is absorbed. Beat egg and add to lentils. Chop nuts fine and add to lentils. Mix all ingredients together. Place in greased baking dish and bake at 350 degrees for 45 minutes.
